The Resolution (Reg. No.2220) declares the following:
An early election of the deputies of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv Mayor are to be held on last Sunday of a 70-day term counting from the day the said Resolution comes into force. The election is to be held under the procedure established by the Law "On Election of Deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of Crimean Autonomous Republic, Local Councils, and Mayors of Villages, Settlements and Towns".
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to take urgent measures to provide funding of an early election of the deputies of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv Mayor at the expense of special-purpose subvention from the State Budget of Ukraine.
